To make the journey even more joyful, we have added Ghorepani and Poon Hill to our Annapurna Base Camp Trek itinerary. Ghorepani is a famous village in the lower Annapurna region. Resided by the famous Gurkhas, the Gurungs, Ghorepani village is surrounded by beautiful rhododendron forests and snow-capped mountains. Likewise, the Poon Hill is a vantage point that offers glorious sunrise/sunset along with views of western Himalayan mountains on the backdrop.

Trekking through remote villages like Ghandruk, Chhomrong, Bamboo, and Deurali, you will reach the Annapurna Base Camp. The trail also passes by many dense forests, crossing several bridges. While trekking through the mountain villages, you will get to see people from different communities doing their daily activities. The trail lets you watch the lifestyle, culture, and traditions of the locals. Upon reaching the ABC, you will be greeted with panoramic views of snow-capped mountains like Annapurna Range (8,091 m), Mt. Hiunchuli (6,441 m), Mt. Machhapuchhre (6,993 m), Mt. Dhaulagiri (8,167 m), and so on.

Before leaving the trail, you will pass by Tatopani. This place is famous for natural hot springs, where you will spend some time soaking your sore muscles. Annapurna Base Camp Trek is one of the best ways to venture into the Himalayas. Far away from the hustle and the bustle of the cities, you will be traversing along the quaint & serene track.
